Below are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions regarding prints and shipping. If I don't answer any questions you might have below, please email me! If you want to know more about commissioning a custom piece, please read this page.

What is a print?
Prints are digital reproductions of original paintings onto paper or canvas.
Photo Rag is a gorgeous, thick paper that is used for my prints. It has a similar feel to watercolor paper but with a smoother finish.
Canvas prints are digital reproductions of paintings printed directly onto a printable canvas. This is then wrapped and stapled to stretcher bars just like a painting is.
Custom sizes Can do! Just let me know what size you need and we can make it work. The size will have to be the same proportion as the original piece, unless the piece is conducive to being cropped. This can be judged on a case by case basis.

Returns: All Sales are final, unless I've made a mistake in a listing, or you receive a damaged item. If you are unsure about colors from viewing them online, please ask for more photos. I'm happy to oblige!

Note about colors: Every computer screen is calibrated differently, so colors may vary from what you see on your screen to the final product you receive.

Shipping large paintings:
To ensure that your piece is properly packaged, handled and delivered, I use a company called Craters and Freighters. They will create a custom crate and delivery will be 7-10 days after they pick up your painting from my studio. When you check out you are paying an estimated shipping charge, we will email you and get your full mailing address to continue the shipping process. You will be invoiced or refunded for the ship charge depending on the exact quote to ship to your door.

Shipping small paintings : Anything under 48 inches (give or take) will ship USPS. Paintings larger than 20 inches usually go express, this means you get the painting by noon the next day. The very smallest paintings go Standard Post. Your shipping fee covers the cost of postage, and also packing materials, labor and stocking.

Orders are shipped once a week: Prints are mailed in a tube.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and I will replace your print asap.

Studio visits are by appointment only. Please call or email to set something up!
