Welcome to Monday Monochrome, wherein I post a new eggshell every Monday. These are individual shells that for one reason or another I simply could not let go over the years. They are mostly worked in the color blue. For whatever reason, or reasons, they resonated so strongly with me that I felt compelled to preserve them somehow. Save them for some unknown later. To me, they somehow seemed priceless. Not in a monetary way, per se, but in a destination sort of way. As though I couldn’t possibly create something more whole, more complete, more like an unintended arrival. I post a new one each Monday on Instagram.
